Welcome to the ArtistShare Executive Producer Participant Offer. By participating at this level, you will truly be playing an enormous role in the creation of this new album, imagining the band and musical experience aboard the Alcoa steamships, cruising the Caribbean from New Orleans in the 1950s.
Along with credit listing on the artwork of the final CD, and exclusive access to every aspect of this project. Plus, the Executive Producer Participant will receive a track dedication on the album to specifically thank you for your help in the creation of this album.
If you find yourself in New Orleans, or if I’m playing in a city near you, I’d be happy to extend a VIP guest list to you for one year, as well. I’m so excited to get back to traveling and live performances, and I’m looking forward to sharing them with you.
The band will also perform and record a composition just for you in the recording studio and send you the 1 of 1 copy, including an autographed lead sheet of the song used in the studio. You will of course receive the monthly video project updates throughout the course of the project. I’d also love to invite you to a private Zoom album listening party to thank you and share the record with you in real time.
Additionally, you will receive a live private concert for you and your friends (direct streamed from a studio if we can’t be in the same city!). We can play stump the band, perform standard New Orleans repertoire, pick numbers from my earlier recordings, or give you a preview of music from the new album.
You will also receive the First Listen of the new album as well as exclusive downloads of unreleased recordings from the recording sessions, including alternate takes, alternate mixes, studio banter, false starts, botched endings, you name it, as well as audio sketches of new compositions we will begin working on for the follow-up album. We’ll have the signed CD in the mail to you as soon as we receive them from the printer.
We want you to feel completely involved in the creation of this new album, and look forward to sharing time with you in person, as well as through our screens and speakers as we complete this project together. I’m looking forward to sharing my creative process with you through exclusive videos, photos, downloads, and of course, keeping everybody updated on the status of the album as we get into rehearsals, recording, and post production, all made possible by your generous support!
