Another one of my classical pieces for typical WW quintet instrumentation (flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon and horn). The Quintet was written in 1983 and commissioned by the Borealis Wind Quintet with support from Chamber Music America. The piece was a very early attempt at leaving my 4/4 heritage (on paper) and moving into unknown areas. I was getting interested in graphic notation and altered sounds.
