About This Offer The Thompson Fields was recorded in August 2014 and released in June 2015. The following description was written prior to its launch. This particular participant offer closed when this CD went to print, as there was CD credit for all participants. Though it is no longer available, you may read about it below.

As a Bronze Participant, you will be prominently credited on the recording you will have so generously helped create. I look forward to staying in touch with you about the project and sharing all that’s to come, a journey that I’ve learned is always unpredictable, but exciting.

I’ll share a few special things that inspired the music on The Thompson Fields. A significant part of my childhood was spent at the beautiful Thompson farm in Windom, Minnesota. The title piece of this album looks to this special landscape, and to the community and people that are so meaningful to me. In recognition of those who are making this project possible, we’re creating a commemorative marker, that will include your name, on the silo I climbed when I caught the extraordinary view that would inspire The Thompson Fields.

In ArtistShare fashion, you will get to follow all that we discover as we record. There will be a little download surprise for you, too. Oh, and let’s not forget the t-shirt. This is a first for us. You’ll be credited on the back. We will discuss sizes and even style directly with you. We aim to please. A participant like you shouldn’t get just any humdrum t-shirt.
