Here you can purchase charts for Brad Mehldau's compositions and arrangements. Most items are lead sheets, which include a written melody, with chord symbols for Brad's pieces.

Songs from The Book of Hours & Songs from The Blue Estuaries includes a melody staff with lyrics as well a grand staff for piano.

Please note: Unless "lead sheet" is indicated, these scores are Brad's fully notated compositions on which his performances and recordings are based. Those PDF's noted as "lead sheets" are melodies with chord symbols with some countermelodies and chord voicings occasionally indicated.
