Take a front row seat as Harris works to animate the lives of the black cowboys of the old American West. Witness as he blends his research, personal experiences, musical and writing talents in an effort to celebrate this cross section of society that is overlooked, even today. Look on as he prepares to record “Cross That River”, Part 2 and gain insight into the compositional as well as research process for the recording. The Novel and the Musical will progress before your eyes as Harris shares the editing process of a chapter and several scenes. Harris will also offer insight into the overall work he has put into the project thus far with frank commentary, personal writings, interviews, live recordings, and photo galleries.
