 |  |  |  |  |   | | | The "Cuong Vu Vu-Tet - Studio Recording 2007, From Start to Finish" project will document the entire process of the creation of the new Vu-Tet recording and the progress that the Vu-Tet (Cuong Vu) has made since their last recording as well as Cuong's progress as a composer for the Vu-Tet will be. Fans will be given the oportunity to experience the unique process of how the Vu-Tet develops the compositions both in rehearsals and on the road before entering the studio to record them.
Fans will have the opportunity to participate at a number of different levels some of which include credit listing on the recording itself or even a customized listening session narrated by Cuong himself in which he will guide the listener through the moments in music that have inspired him the most.
Cuong will begin the journey by sharing his bare bones sequenced piano versions of his compositions along with scores and comments on how he came up with the material. He will continue documenting the process through monthly updates leading up to the recording itself and well after the sessions as we witness the recorded compositions' transform while on the road in the months to follow. The final release of the recording in 12/07 will prove to be an exciting destination on this most unique journey. |
