Streaming Video Soul--the new CD by Eclectica
The recording of the new Eclectica CD is a true product of improvisation. The 3 musicians had never played together before. They recorded their first 2 jam sessions and from those sessions culled the best ideas and organized them into songs. Then they booked the best studio in Nashville and in one afternoon recorded the basic tracks of 6 tunes. Next those takes (about 3 for each song) were edited and then lyrics written and vocals recorded. Then the music was mixed to 1/2 inch tape for audiophile retro analog quality. And the finished product is now available for you to hear. |
