In this exciting new project, The Art of Listening, fans be able to witness the creative process of Bill Frisell and Jim Hall together in the studio as a duo for the first time as they create a new CD for ArtistShare. Fans can also participate by submitting their cover art ideas to Jim and Bill for a chance to design the cover artwork for the new CD.

Join Kate Schutt as she creates a series of new songs based on real-life love stories submitted by you!. 

Kate will write four or more songs based on the submitted stories. Those songs will be released as a LTD Edition ArtistShare® CD (August 2008).  Project updates will be available via streaming or downloadable media as the songwriting process evolves.

John Jorgenson UNCOVERED provides you the opportunity to travel side-by-side with one of the world’s greatest guitarists as he creates his new recording with Orchestra Nashville.

Your involvement will take you inside of John’s creative process as we commission, rehearse, perform and record original gypsy-jazz style works composed especially for John and the Grammy-nominated Orchestra Nashville. You will have exclusive access to candid streaming video, audio, photo galleries and journal entries with John, members of his quintet and guest artists. We’ve created different Participant Offers designed for specific interests.
We can’t predict all the twists and turns that a project like this will take, but whatever happens, you will be there alongside John and involved in all the joy, drama and thrill that will go along with the making of this recording.
